Read the thread more closely. This his been covered.
would Moon water be drinkable??
for all we know what ever water is out there could be just like salty sea water if not worse...
Well there won't be any bacteria in it if that's what you're worried about. But it doesn't matter, it can be purified.
if they did find water out ANYWHERE in space it would take TWICE the amount of time to get it to be able to drink...
Twice the amount of time as what? Hauling it up there from Earth? I very highly doubt that would be the case. And even if it would, the price difference would be astronomical. Water is heavy. Lifting heavy things up into space is EXPENSIVE. VERY.

Instead of creating a 6 mile high plume it only created a 1 mile plume. But they did find "a significant amount of water". 25 gallons we seen in only the plumes.

~ Believe me, dear Sir: there is not in the American states a man who more cordially loves a union with his country than I do. But, by the God that made me, I will cease to exist before I yield to a connection on such terms as the United States Congress proposes; and in this, I think I speak the sentiments of America. ~ Thomas Jefferson (modernized)
