Could be cool. Would NOT buy one if it was crap. AKA would HAVE to be a trustworthy brand. Gerber, Leatherman, Cold Steel, Buck, etc.

the why wouldn't you just buy a Gerber, Leatherman, Cold Steel, Buck, etc.? because if SpecOps rebranded it, it'd add $.
