I hope this can be taken as a helpful hint from an E customer who cant just walk into the store and view the goods in person. You guys should get some better pictures of your gear and soft goods up on the Spec ops store.

I'm a 3 time customer of Spec Ops (once was custom gear) and the one trend Iv noticed, is with each Order the soft goods (kit bags, clothing, pouches/holsters etc) have always way exceeded my expectations based on the photos on the site.

The descriptions have very little detail in them, and often aren't even for the product being viewed. The Pictures are vague and the colors are poorly represented.

What are you afraid your stuff is ugly or something? Give your E customers a better view and you'll sell more.

P.S The Spec Ops undercover shirts (recently discontinued) were an awesome item. I had one from last year, and bought 4x more on clearance for $5 ea. Wish I had bought more.

GL.

On there old store, the information was way more in depth. Half the stuff on the new store, doesn't even have anything.

I think they lost most of the old stuff when they switched to the new stoor. I liked the old one better, something I just go on and look at the old store to see all the cool stuff they used to have...

I can say that we're working on updating the descriptions, we've just hit a technical glitch with the software. But thanks for the vote of confidence!

yeah, maybe bigger pictures would be good. the pictures are only slightly larger when you click into them...maybe it's a setting on my comp, but bigger pics would give us a better view...either that or you could start branching out with SpecOps stores...you know, bring one up here to MN! (wishful thinking i know...but a guy's got a right to dream)

it would be great to see a smaller spec ops store in every big city... especially in the burbs of chicago!

but it would suck if the idea flopped and put SO out of business
