I'm bored.

You can only pick one.

If you wish to elaborate feel free but don't trash anyone else's opinion.

Thats a tough one, but I chose the trusty pump. Since I started playing pump 2-3 years ago my skill in the game has increased a lot.

I'm a simple purely mechanical blowback type of guy. I love semi auto. I just love the feeling of...power? I'm not a huge fan of pumps. Just not my thing. And electros normally require HPA, which is hardly available in my area.

Never tried pump. My blowback A-5A2 is decent. Trying to get a Tac One. Would like to try an Ego.

Definitely pump. Every elimination gives a certain satisfaction to it. It's the fact that you concentrate on nearly every shot. The whole process of loading a single paintball, aiming, watching it travel through the air and splat on its target makes it worthwhile. Not to mention you have a good excuse any time you get eliminated, it's cheaper, and it focuses on movement a bit more. I'm always a bit of a minimalist, and this plays into that perfectly. The whole experience is just fun.

However, a close second for me would have to be blowbacks. I'm not talking currently made blowbacks though. I'm sorry but I really don't like A-5s, 98s, even BTs. I'm talking about the older ones. VM-68s, Tippmann SMGs or even Carbines, Montneels, and the like. Pretty much anything from the early-mid 90's will do. They're rock solid, they're loud, have a definite clunk when you fire, and it's only better when they're running off liquid CO2. They're not the fast shooting, streamlined, quiet marker desired today, but they more than make up for it with how fun they are use.

I like a simple low end blow back with a stock mech trigger. It just feels primitive to me. Maybe it's because it brings back the feeling of being a kid again and playing army in the back yard. I've used highend electros but I just didn't like the mouse click electric trigger and pumps are so light and small it just doesn't give me the same feeling. I like only carrying a hopper full of paint and no pods. I'm 43 and kind of a caveman when it comes to gear. Sometimes it's a challenge going up against someone slinging ropes but that's what gets my blood pumping.

It's too hard to tell - either electropneumatic or pump.

I love pump games/pistol games, but I need electros too.

There are other mech semis other then blowbacks Puz.

For me it will always be pump. I had at one time 15+ markers and only handful of them were pumps. Now i am down to 4 and 3 of them are pumps, soon to be getting a 4th one. I love em, won't play any other way. Hell have been really tempted to get rid of the Blazer for months now, as i don't ever relaly see myself ever playing semi auto ever again. I just don't enjoy it at all. It's no fun to me. I like the raw challenge of pump.

And i am by no means a muppet mowing ninja. I suck ass. I get shot out A LOT, even off the break. (fat slow guy) I make tons of dumb and rook mistakes. But for every single elimnation i get, i feel like a million bucks. Yeah some days i do great and get a ton...others though i might only get a handful on some days, 1-2 if i am lucky...but it doesn't matter. Either way i have the time of my life...never had thatt much fun playing semi.

Electropnuematic,I've played all 3,and provided i have paint,I'll always choose electropnuematic.Blowbacks are ok but if your going to use a loader and CA I dont see the point.Pumps are fun,but really just get tiresome to me for scenarios.Seeing 5 guys get through to a bunker and only getting 1 out becuase you dont have the paint to take them out really sucks.

I picked blowback 'cause that's pretty much all I have. I do have a PGP, but I haven't been able to enjoy it yet....I wouldn't mind trying an electro....Or even a more efficient pump.

I like playing with pumps, but shooting a semi is pure fun. I played all day today with my SL74 on 12 BPS ramp, and enjoyed every minute of it.

There's a definite advantage when you can shoot through someone's cover in the bush. Blowing through trees probably got me 4 or 5 kills today.

Same here, I love playing pump, but I like electropneumatic guns better, more fun to shoot.
