What would be the perfect mods to get for an A5 E-grip that you wanted to turn into a sniper.
Take into mind it has a q loader on it.
(I would like it to include a bipod and a scope)
Any Ideas?

Don't get a scope. Find a nice sight riser and a good red dot sight. I
my Hakko Panorama BED-24 Electro Red Dot Sight, but they are getting harder and harder to find now-a-days. Most of the Special Ops Snipers used them.
Stay away from Bipods, they add unnesscary weight.
A nice 14 to 16 inch barrel. I like my Stiffi, but there are plenty of others.
You won't really need an E-grip if you want to play "Sniper", but it is always good to have cyclone upgrades (squishy paddles!)
A stock is a must if you want to try to snipe with an A-5. I like my Commando one from SpecOps, but the dogleg and longbow ones are nice too.
Also consider an A-5A2 foregrip from Special Ops. It really helps balance the gun out. I like mine a lot.
Also, it all depends on your budget!!!
Hope this helped you! I spent a lot of time thinking about it

How would a SWAT FORCE - TAC RED DOT SIGHT do?
http://shop.specialopspaintball.com/swat-f...-dot-sight.html
and then i would need a rail or gun body to mount it.

I suggest you don't waste much money on your "sniper" upgrades. It's a phase that you'll grow out of eventually.

I prefer open tube red dot sights. And this is why...
When there is a tube style red dot, you have to always be looking through the tube to see the red dot. With the open red dot sight, somehow, you can keep both of your eyes open, and it appears as if the red dot is on the target (assuming you have your head behind the target). Its a weird thing, but it works.
Most "snipers" in the real world use sights like that, and I can see why you would want one like that. One that can be more for performance would be one like this...

or the cheaper one...

...Now Ghost, or the Wonder Bunny guy is going to come in here and say Sights in paintball are useless

A red dot will most definatly help with the first and second shot if you sight it in and USE it. If not it just sits there adding weight and lookin cool. I have used one for years and love it. It gets me on target fast.

Do you have HPA already?
If not, that's going to play a huge role in consistency (which will increase accuracy).
Beyond HPA, a good barrel, good paint, and a lot of practice. You don't need stocks, scopes (and anything that's magnified is absolutely useless), bipods, etc.
A bipod only adds weight in paintball. I can see real world use for them, but I have yet to see a time in paintball that it was worthwhile.
Optics really aren't needed because of the limitation of paintball -- all paintball markers shoot the same distance. There is no "long range" shooting in paintball. Paintball "snipers" (and I cringe using the term) are nothing like true snipers; they're more like a sneaky guerrilla - sneak, ambush, retreat. Repeat.
