On to the good stuff, AGD was never known to have a fancy box for their markers...

Not to mess with your review because it's a pretty good one, but they did have a fancy box.

Alright.

StealingYerMail said that an adjustable tank is really nice for a tac one with an x-valve. Is that the same thing as a level 10. I am kind of confused on that.

I don't want to adjust the tank and all that. I just want the Tac One with a consistent 4500 PSI tank. Should I ditch the level 10 then? I don't really want to be replacing internals.

Thanks.

...I don't really know if this makes sense, I don't really get it either :D

The Level 10 is the bolt and the anti-chop system. The Level 10 is part of the reason why an X-Valve'd Mag doesn't get a lot of shots per fill, but it WILL NOT chop. You can use a Level 10 on a Classic Valve if that tickles your fancy, but I have had good success with my Classic Valve + Level 7 set up in my Tac-One this past weekend.

The X-Valve is the Mag's "internals." The other option would be a Classic Valve. The X-Valve and Level 10 are separate items, but they are usually packaged together, if that makes sense. If you wanted supreme consistency regardless of your rate of fire, you would ditch the X-Valve and get a Classic Valve (or an adjustable tank so you could customize your X-Valve to your liking). The Level 10 is just the anti-chop/bolt.

Mags are very simple. Replacing the Valve is as simple as removing the thumbscrew, pulling the old Valve system out, and sliding the new one in.

i'm doing a MASSIVE review of the marker for the techpb forums. I have expanded on this post. It now encompases two posts and has nearly 30 pictures in it. Anybody want me to PM them a copy? so they can add to it or correct mis-information. I have already have this proofed by another member on Techpb (Watcher)
right now Tyger has it and is going over it. Once it gets the tyger seal of approval then i'll send it to someone else if they wish.
I still need to add a few things.

3. The Basic Manuel

I wonder...does the basic Manuel come with or without the manual? If so, is it in Spanish? Or do you have to buy the Premium Manuel to get the manual? :ninja:
Sorry...this just made me giggle a little.

Yeah, but you got stickers.

I must have gotten mine when they were transitioning - I got the old box, but the new rail.

About mid/late 2006, for the record.

Eskimo. I know this is sort of a necro, but I have my Ninja Air Tank now. What is the best output pressure I should have for a Mag?

Thanks!

anyways. As there is different imput pressures and each will do something totally Different.
Personally I float around the 950 mark on day to day play.
Most automag users tend to sit anywhere between 900 and 1000.

I relise at this point this post is 100% old as heck, and usless.

But its my thread so I shall Keep a watch over it! Forever!
