I am stationed at Ramstein AB. There is a local field run by the Air Force MWR but it is crap. I go over 30 minutes down the road to Baumholder where the Army MWR has a field and those guys know what they are doing.

Baumholder looks like an excellent field, it's one of my places to hit when I'm across the pond in 2011.
And Tiberius is exploring shorter magazines. So I guess we'll have to play the waiting game.
