The option for you guys to aquire markers.

So, example: You stock marker "X" "Y" "Z", but customer wants marker "G" no problem, you can order it in.

Also, talk to MOATI because he was saying that they are starting a new dealer program. Also, maybe with a partnership with Special ops you can have a ordering for the basic paintjobs from BB, maybe you can get one or two shelf markers for display that you can use.
Talk to some big names in paintball, im sure they will know what it takes to make or break a shop.

Yeah, ordering stuff is important.

So is 4500 PSI fills.

And carrying MacDev gear. Carry it!

My proshop is great; they can get you anything. But what they lack is 4500 fills, and more high ends. The shop is cluttered with Minis, G3s, old Cockers, and Tippmann upon Tippmann. If you wanted say, an Ego, they could get it, but they never actually have them in stock.

They also have a poor selection of gauges and on/offs, and really only have cheaper barrels, or one Freak at a time, usually threaded for Smart Parts.

And they don't carry MacDev.
