A number of years ago, Rob "Tyger" Rubin made a thread in the Air Systems forum about checking hydro dates on your tank :HERE
A lot of that information is still good, though some of it has become outdated, and some people just don't understand it.

I have a fairly expanded information write-up on what exactly your tank label means, with various photos for examples: HERE

I also have a number of very useful links in my signature as well; but then there are sometimes where everything is just greek.

If you have any questions regarding your HPA or CO2 Cylinders, such as "is it due? When? Where to get it tested? Who really made it?" , etc. please feel free to ask.
