SpecOps Fusion Pants

I wore my Fusions on my recent hunting trip. The pants were an absolute lifesaver. The brush was incredibly thick, and there were tons of stickers and thorns. The thick paneling on the Fusion pants deflected everything I threw at it. I had absolutely no qualms about just wading through a bush with these pants. In not a single instance did anything penetrate them or even get stuck in them. They completely protected my legs, and came down over the top of my boots and kept anything from snagging my laces, either. They came out without a scratch, and so did I, thanks to them.

A note on vest sizing: when choosing a vest size, if you're in between sizes it's typically better if the vest is a bit short instead of hanging too long. Shorter won't impede movement. Longer will, and it may hang so low that the built-in elastic belt may not be able to help support its weight. You want a body-conforming fit that won't flop around. Ideally, the elastic belt should go around your belly, and be above your waist. Most vests have semi-adjustable shoulders, so you can always adjust to your liking.

You think so? I am 14 years old and 5 foot 3. I think that the smalls are big on me! I need to rubber band the Fusion 7 Pants to make sure I don't trip on them and my Ultralite jersey goes down about 6 inches past my waist.

I have a small set of Marauders and the same thing happens to me.
Sorry if this is kind of off topic, but how is the combo of Fusion 7 pants and Ultralite shirt? I was going to buy that combo but I'd like another opinion (FYI I live in FL so heat/venting is a HUGE factor for me)

Ok. I have the following: Fusion 7 Omnipat PANTS. Fusion battle JERSEY with black center and Fusion battle PANTS, both in SpecOps digi. And then a set of SpecOps digi Ultralites (Which are now ghillied).
What I can say is that it depends on how much you are diving and sliding around. My suggestion:
Fusion Pants because they will almost never rip on you (IMO) and when a slight breeze rolls by, it feels great.
Ultralite jersey (unless you crawl a lot). I say this because I think the upper body heats up more and the Ultralite jersey breaths amazingly.
Hopefully this will help you out.
