When I first thought of the sniper role, I thought "LONGBOW". I had many questions about it and a member from the SO forum helped me out. Explosive. He started telling me everything he knew about it. I realized he really wanted to introduce other new players into this amazing sport.

One day, he popped a question on me. He had made his own ghillie and it looked very impressive from the pictures. He asked me to keep this on the DL because he wasn't out there to compete with SpecOps or make a bunch of them. I asked him about it and he told me he used to be one of the researchers for the Special Ops Action Ghillie. I thought this looked like a nice Christmas present! :D I had recently bought the Specops Ultralites too so the kit would be able to attach to my camo.

Explosive told me everything I needed to know about it and was willing to help with any questions I had. So, I thought about it, and bought it. It took a little bit for me to pay, but Explosive was very understanding.

I received the kit within a week. I hadn't used any type of Action Ghillie material before so I didn't really know what to expect. I started to put it together and it was awesome! I knew what he meant when he said it creates a 3D design. Although it took me a while, I am glad I did it.

I really wish that I didn't have over a foot of snow in my woods right now, otherwise I would be using this amazing suit.

Here are some pics of it (I am not for sure if I am complete because I think I didn't spread the camo out evenly enough on the legs.)

explosives one of the coolest cats ive met here on specops, i was considering one of these ghillies as well! good job guys!

Thanks guys. Too bad it was -35 degrees Farenheit today with about a foot of snow :P. Otherwise I would be using this :)

considered anytype of modification for snow use??? I beleive 2 white density upgrades will work well. and since I dont think the whole forrest is white, you should kinda blend in with the surroundings. Either that or bring a shovel and get with the term "bog down and dig in"

But I think the suit really kicks butt. Keep on rocking 5N1P3R and tell Explosive that its because of people like him that woodsball is one of the greatest sports ever.

This is from a long time ago. I have totally changed this. And have an Action Ghillie hood kit...
