How does a Maddog Designz Fire Tube and Delrin starfire bolt sound for an A-5?

If you want it to be real. The marines are looking for a few good men. Go play with them. ~Damifino

Not necessary. The offer no noticable increase in preformance over the stock internals.

They work just the same as nearly all other aftermarket-internals. You won't likely notice any difference. The stock internals do just about as well as everything else out there, despite what manufacturers claim.

The only internals that will make a significant difference would be metal power tubes, and that is only if you plan playing with liquid CO2.

Odin has a great thread on A5og.net about the front bolt/power tube controversy. Very thorough testing, and much moreso than we've seen in the past.

Basically, the main thing is for the bolt and the powertube to match well, and the bolt to seal in the barrel/barrel adapter.
