DP DO you need an RA/RMA number to return something to them?

Well my friend broke his F8, and he just mailed in the marker. He called and they didn't mention a thing about an RA number. Does DP require an RA number for any returns to their factory?

If they didn't mention anything he should be fine. Could always just call and ask to make sure.

When I sent in my board to get re-flashed, the only thing I sent was a return address and a note saying what I needed done.

While I've not dealt with DP recently, when I did a year and a half ago, they were very easy and nice to deal with.. so my suspicion is that he'll be fine.
