Thanks guys, but there is a 1 month wait before you can do that I think. If I don't get my gear by the end of this week, that's what I'm doing.

UPDATE (12/22/08):

The manager never called me back to let me know if the dye shirt was in stock.

First call...manager was out and they said they'd have her give me a call once she got in.

No call...

I called back 3 hours later and they said she was on the phone with someone else and they'd have her call me back...that was half an hour ago. I'm calling back after one hour has passed.

EDIT:

3.66 hours later, she (the manager) called back. The dye shirt is only available in large (I'm a small/medium), and my 3rd choice t-shirt was out of stock, so I had to get it in a different color. Last week they offered me overnight shipping, but now they're saying it will go out Fedex ground. We'll see if they include the free shirt like they said. Wow, almost 100 bucks on 3 items and 2 of which aren't even what I want. I'm never ordering from them again! Seems 80% of the stuff listed on their website is out of stock...

UPDATE (12/26/08):

Still no indication my order has been shipped. I asked them to send me an email with the tracking number last time I called but they didn't. I'm going to call one last time to express my feeling then I'll be taking the matter up with the credit card company.

I have been using Zephyr for almost a year now. No major issues. I did have a slow order around Christmas. They were swamped from what I can tell. It was my main Christmas present from my wife, my Proto Rail 09. So I was a little worried when it did not arrive the day it was supposed to(Dec 18th). It did get caught up in either leaving Zephyr or stuck somewhere in FedEx ground. I called and they overnighted me a complete order which arrived Dec 22nd. The original order arrived on Dec 29th, but it showed to have shipped and been picked up by FedEx the day Zephyrs website listed. When it arrived, I called Zephyr and they arranged for FedEx to come back and pick it up. Only thing that could have been better was if they would have allowed me to keep both markers and all the stuff inside. LOL

Don't give up on them. They are good people and a good company.

I almost ordered my RC II from Zephyr...paid the money (PayPal)....then 5 days later, it hasn't shipped.

I email, ask why.

They say, oh, we forgot to charge you shipping.....Uh huh.

So - envelope sized package, less than 0.5 lbs.....guess how much. You'll love this....$32 to CANADA.

I told them to cancel my order and send my money back (which took like 3 weeks, btw... PayPal is pretty much instant, don't give me that crap).

Unfortunately I got it somewhere else (still $20 shipping, but at least it was included in first price!).
