I'm trying to find an aluminum ACS bolt for a Spyder Imagine, but thus far I've only been able to find Delrin ones. I know they exist as I've seen photos of them, but I can't find a place that sells them to save my soul. I've searched on yahoo and checked Ebay, but to no avail. I also started checking random paintball retailers, but again I found nothing. Scratch that, I found one retailer, but they no longer had any in stock.

delrin is softer on the paintball then aluminum is. delrin is also lighter. why do you want aluminum bolt again? may be for durabilaty i would think.

The Aluminum ones have O-rings to help prevent blowback, but the Delrin ones don't. Also, I've handled a Delrin one and it felt very sloppy, the metal rod part would wiggle inside of the Delrin sleeve part of the bolt very badly and when firing it seemed to try and kink the bolt every time causing the aluminum rod to eat away at the upper part of the Delrin sleeve.

You wanted rear-cocking, right? Dang, I just sold my Spyder... ;) So I guess you're SOL. You could probably just find an older spyder for sale, Get into Eggman's Karma, or find a parts gun.

Buy a pilot ACS. Keep the bolt and toss the body.

My Imagine is a side cocking marker, not rear or top cocking. The Pilot is top cocking so the bolt would need modification to work if it even could.
