The Desert Edge '09s look just like the Edmonton Impact '09s and Geos I have seen/shot.

Beautiful guns.

Im looking forward to seeing the specs on it. It looks good and Im always a fan of the SL guns. I have had the SL66, SL74 and SL8R and I have on order the SL94 and they all are some of the sweetest shooting markers I have ever shot. It just really depends if you are willing to drop the cash for it.

LOL heck no! I'm a poor college student. If I could afford an 07 ego I would be happy with that! I just dont think some of the smaller "upgrades" are really worth the extra cash. Sure if you're a top notch team then it would be worth it but if you're just a recballer like me then I dont think its worth the extra cash...

Not sure on the DYE question but as for the other....

There are several changes from year to year. I have loved all of them and think that the improvement is noticeable. Your question is "is it worth it". The SL line has the newest technology that PE has released. I guess it really depends on you if it is worth it or not.

If you just play Rec ball, no I would say not. The 07 will give you every thing you need and more. If you are playing competitive PB and are looking for any edge you can get, Yes it is. For me I play LONG games for several days. A couple of ounces makes a difference in your accuracy after 2 days of play.

:dodgy: A couple of ounces is also the difference of playing on Sunday morning at scenario games...or Sunday afternoon!

Sorry...thread jack...back to your normally sponsored show!

Bought my first Eclipse gun today, a Geo.

It's pretty, and the trigger is nice  Easy to lube, too.

Heh, go work out

But seriously, I got to use a GEO at the last SPPL, and I have to say that I am mightily impressed. I am looking to most likely get one now.
