I have delt with them online, on the phone, in person in their store in Cali, and in person with their techs at World Cup. I can honestly say they are jerks straight up.
BLAST customer service was the reason I started trying to figure out how to fix my own guns without their help in 2000. I have given them multiple oportunities to hange my opinion...they fail everytime.
I agree. I have had the same experience. I have owned just about every brand marker out and some that are no longer in business and only one marker manufacturer is even in the same class as Eclipse when you talk about customer service. My experiences with MD have been very good and in fairness to them Eclipse and MD have been the best experiences I have had.
Sorry but Blast is not even close from what I have experienced.
