lookin very nice! especially for the "krylon ghetto-cheap as i can do it" technique. (i try to run that same way, cheaper the better!)

And you're right Niceguy - the paint only cost me like $20-25, way cheaper than paying someone to Duracoat it, or even doin' it myself.

I like the new painting better than the old one, but I am curious about why you switched sights? Did the sun effect the open sight, or do you just perfer the look of the tube style red dot?

@ W5 - Actually, I have that sight on there because painting the open reticle one would have been a monster pain! Plus, the open one is a quality NcStar sight & this is a cheap China knockoff I got used on here a while ago, so I was less worried about messing it up. The closed one is easier to see in direct sunlight, but I prefer the open style generally. I may decide to do the open one in the future if the mood strikes me.

@blackcell - I'm pretty sure I had it painted up for WaW... I think!?!
