There was an version of the M-14 that was full-auto, but it had problems and something better came along, so the military got rid of it. If I remember correctly, the M1A is the civilian version.

The Krumlauf.

it was a barrel attachment for the MP/StG44. It was supposed to be used to clear the outside of tanks of enemies, but the barrels were expensive to make and wore out really quickly.

I wanted to know roughly, what type of German-made firearm he was refering to...

I stumbled across this while looking for another WWII sub machine gun whos name I cant remember. I saw it on the old History Channel show, Tales of the Gun. It was an early sub machine gun, designed in the 30's for use in the Philippines by paratroopers. Simply put, the thing sucked. It was made mostly of wood, it jammed a lot, and had problems such as the magazine falling out. I cant remember the name, nor could I find a pic. :comp:

a lot of the old style pumps have the feedtubes go up like that, so that the balls roll in without you having to 'rock'. i cant think of any off the top of my head though :P
closest i can think of at the moment is a sheridan i saw once that was ghetto modded with a piece of pipe instead of the hopper

for modern guns its a tie between the an94 and the AA 12
for WWII guns the stg44
snipers vss vintorez
rocket launchers FIM-92 stinger
handguns-desert eagle and beretta 92f
edit:oh these are just my favorite guns, you probably heard of most of these.
