Regarding the goggles - what model are they?
All goggles should have removeable lenses (otherwise you ought to be buying a new set every year)
If there are parts you cannot remove and want to mask then I would put on newspaper or clingfilm
(I believe you call it saran wrap in the US?) And seal the edges with tape.
If you are masking a lens I would want to do as much as possible to protect from contact with any chemicals - therfore multiple layers of paper or saran wrap/clingfilm, but a tape that is not going to leave a residue on the lens.

The official guide does not give a lot of information but does show how the frame and lens are re-inserted:
http://www.strykerpaintball.com/images/sup...mask_manual.pdf
A couple of YouTube videos show lens removal and replacement once the frame is off:

The final video isclearly a different model, but some parts snap on / off in the same manner.

The first time you disassemble everything will be extremely tight so be firm but not overly rough. When you reassemble and fit the lens they can sometimes seem impossible to finish off, if so take the lens off again and begin from another position.
