dagger with pistol i was reading a topic about the daggers and had an idea Rate Topic:

its my first post and i was wondering what you guys thought about using a pistol as a dagger primary. they easily fit special ops' description of a daggers marker, short light and maneuverable. the only thing i would see being an issue would be reloading frequently in close proximity to enemies.

i have no experience as a dagger but have experience using a delta .68 as a main marker so that aspect wouldnt be too much of a transition.
i know that alot of this would come down to personal preference but i was still wondering what everybodys feelings are on this concept.

Yes it will work fine your marker doesn't have to be what spec ops tells you it has to be. My friend plays frontman with a 10lbs 2 1/2 foot long marker and can hold his own.

There's nothing wrong with using a pistol, it would make playing extremely fun. If you had two pistols, it would be completely awesome! You could get a cape and pretend you're Neo or something.

Yeah I use an M-16 grip, wanna fight about it?

Don't get sucked into playing Positions, that being said: pistols are great primaries(note more then one kind). I myself love the Zues G2, played Pistol Prime about twice before i started to rent.

If you want something light look into getting an invert mini. THey are great guns and you will pay about the same for a Tiberius Tac 8 with a few clips. The mini is one of the lightest markers on the market.

i would have to agree with the pistol in the dagger mindset. That being said it all depends on your set up. if i play with my T9 and slap the holster on my leg, i don't really feel that light. but if i play with just my t9 and a 17 round clip i do feel quite lightweight. It totally depends on the pistol and the person.
