X7G4, older CQB variant of the Mk9 X7G. Obviously an X7 ain't ideal for CQC, something more like say and Invert Mini or an Autococker or an Epiphany would do the job much better, but this is just me experimenting with the X7's CQB capabilities.

Mk9 X7G4 CQB MP5-N $332.71:
- TP X7 9mm Mag Well ($19.95 @ SOPB)
- TP X7 9mm Curved Mag ($19.95 @ SOPB)
- TP X7 XP5 Foregrip ($34.95 @ SOPB)
- TP X7 8" Recon Barrel 8" + Noveske Sound Amplifier ($44.95 @ RAP4)
- Metadyne MP5 Sliding Stock X7 (109.95 @ Link)
- Psychoballistics On/Off Bullet Drop Forward - Chrome ($23.96 @ AVPB)
- APE X7 Rampage Board ($79.00 @ Link)

Notes:
- Designed as a fast, light, short, decently accurate Close Quarters Combat (CQB/CQC) weapon.
- May not be as light as some would like it, but oh well.
- Sound amplifier for intimidation factor. I choose the Recon because I want to try a RAP4 barrel, and the Noveske SA seems like a what-the-hell-why-not idea.

Current Work:
- None.

One purpose, one reason. One shot, one kill.
Its the shooter not the gun.

X7 is a terrible dagger gun. By the time you upgrade it enough to be worth it its still more inefficient than a higher end gun and will still be way to heavy and have to big of a profile.

It might be lightweight and compact on firearms standards... but in paintball that a long and heavy setup - not to mention expensive considering what you get. But if your into mil-sim enough that you want your marker to look like a real gun it doesn't really matter. However, there are markers out there that will be lighter, more compact, more air efficient, more consistent, and without the shortcomings of a typical compact setup.

I agree, the X-7 would make a horrible dagger gun. Why don't you buy a more compact gun that has upgrades that actually do something for perfomance, rather then looks?
Yeah I use an M-16 grip, wanna fight about it?

Best webcomic ever.

Dropping the magwell and leaving off the cosmetic magazine would do well to cut your weight down.
