i called the field and they are charging $20.00 per person, and that includes 100 balls. and its .10 a ball after that. if you have your own gear you dont pay a walkon fee :P they have tents, picnic tables and bbq pits :) this is going to be a blast. now do i tell my brother or leave it as a surprise?

It's only 9:30 in the morning now. Still not awake yet. (Since Deb and the kids are on the East Coast, I'm solo right now :P)

We play a game called "Church." On our field we have a group of buildings where we put 10-13 people. They can only be eliminated by google shots. Which means they can take as many body shots as they can stand :panzer:. I've seen 15 players hold against more than 100 people for almost 10 minutes. BUT your refs have to be really good and be ready to throw themselves into the firefight to extract guys. I've had to carry guys out before.

Planning a bachelor party for your brother is fine. But understand that the idea of the bachelor party is to remind the poor dude getting married what he is going to miss as a bachelor. Booze, time away with friends, semi-naked girls, naughty thoughts about other women.

These are things that NEED to be thrown in the your brother's face. Don't throw a stripper in your brother's face, that can lead to injury.

Seriously, pb would be a good pre-party activity, but the party itself should be an orgiastic romp through bachelorhood.
His last one. Make it embarrasing and naughty. And get him completely and totally wasted.
There is a reason all of the groomsmen at a wedding wear sunglasses a lot, and it isn't to hide tears (normally).

Just my two cents.

Hey, I wear Hawaiian shirts. 'Course, that's just because it's the Official Unoffical Carter's Commando uniform, and really silly to see, but still.

First off, if both sexes are there it's called a Jack and Jill Party. It seems they are becoming more and more popular. In many cases someone sells pies for a couple of bucks to throw at the wedding couple. There's probably other games you can come up with where the participants pay to humiliate the couple, auction off an embarrassing pic of them maybe? All proceeds go to the couple as a gift.

Now just imagine what you can do with paintball...... $10.00 for 10 rounds of paint to shoot the bride or groom as they run a pre determined course. Set up targets for the couple to shoot at, you pay $0.50 per ball each time the bride/groom MISSES a target they have to kiss who ever bought the paint.

doing any thing physical with or to the bride is off limits as she is in a delicate condition. something fun will be planned for her as well.

ok so the paintball party is a go :) my other brother is going to throw the real bachelor party. The one thats getting married is all for this as are my other 2. What really is awesome about it is that my 2 older kids will be playing for the first time :) I'm so proud that my kids are into doing something with me, even my 11 year old daughter is excited to try.

Man I wish somebody in my family had done this for me.
Ok for one, the groom must wear a giant target on his front and back. Maybe even go to a local thrift store and get a super ugly suit for him to play in, if he'll do it.
And you can change just about any game to a wedding theme. For example, instead of playing Alien, you play married and unmarried. One or two people start out as "married". The rest are "unmarried". If the "unmarried" people get shot then they become "married" and switch to that side. "Married" people are out if shot once by the "unmarried" team.
Instead of President, one team must get the groom to the "church" without him getting shot by the "singles"
Just some examples, see?

"Maybe even go to a local thrift store and get a super ugly suit for him to play in, if he'll do it."
We had a group do that here locally. It was a riot to watch 10-12 guys in suits run around the field. It quickly became "shoot the guys in the suits." I'd make the Wedding party wear suits/tuxedos. Classic.
And NO CamoDeafie, you can't have the Nelspot! :)

Maybe a bit late, but last year I played some fellas who made the groom wear the top half of wedding dress. They paid $20 to see it painted pink :P

Cant have a Shameless Quote if they won't tell me what it is...
