3.5 oz tanks exempt from hydro... been trying to find the code forever and a day

This ONLY applies to tanks produced after the ruling. If your tank needed a hydro in 1999, it's still out of hydro.

Technically it's 1993. But the field still reserves the right to deny filling any tank should they deem it not safe.

Ahem, Pumpers arent the only ones that uses 3.5 tanks.

Bear in mind that on the catalina cylinders page, it has this section:
This is ONLY correct for catalina cylinders. the 2"x2' rule applies to ALL cylinders made. It only applies to 3AL aluminum cylinders FOR CATALINA, since that is what they manufacture.
