I received this last month...

</a>

...scheduled for release April 10th @ $219. Tippmann Parts is offering free shipping on orders of $99 or more.

I wonder how good the Tippmann TPX will be in comparison the Overlord RX. I can't remember if I read this correctly or not, but doesn't the Tiberus 9 have the CO2 catridges built into the mag? I've been looking into the pistols trying to decide which one to get, and since I like Tippmann so much I thought I would wait for the release of the TPX before making a decision.

Yup. T8/9 have the CO2 in the mag. Once you eject the mag the CO2 seals and you can reload, you get about 24 shots/co2.

Ah, well that's a drag. I hope someone gets reviews up on the TPX closely following its release.

Aw, no way! Why does Tippmann continue pushing the marker back? Are they still making adjustments to it? I wouldn't think it would be like a video game. >_>

As much as I want a great product, these push backs are starting to get a little frustrating...

It's not even about a good product at this point. It is FAR too late in development to be making changes to the design and hope to have pistols on the shelves in May. My guess is they are trying to get a big stock so that more are available at the release.

Anybody have any idea about the cost of extra mags?

For the who-knows-how-many time: $29/2 mags. It's in this thread, as well as any other thread regarding the pistol.

I agree! I bet they have some huge pre-orders so Tippmann pushed back the date that way they wont disappoint a bunch of people by not having enough.

What's the point? They're going to disappoint a bunch of people when they realize it is the same as every other Tippmann product.

what?

Most tippmann products are noted for their rather large size and old blow back system..

It's the suckage of the typical Tippmann.

Wow, so Tippmann pushed back the delivery date again?

I am shocked. :(

Every day that goes by that they don't release this is another sale lost, so I can't see their reasoning for trying to load up the back-end of their delivery by pushing back the ship/release date. This is not terribly smart, since it would be better to get some of them out there and on the fields to generate more interest and demand, instead of making people wait longer.

What!? They've delayed it again!? Man, Tippmann, just release it.
