Hmmmmm. This gets more intriguing by the second.

If they keep delaying it, they will only lose more customers who get tired of waiting. Bad move. I still hope it is worth the prolonged wait, for Tippmann's sake, and that the price will be competitive.

Well, while it is frustrating that the release date has been pushed back. I'm completely ok with just a month because of the fact that this may make or break Tippmann. If it's a bad product then Tippmann will lose the last bit of what little competitive edge they have left. One more month isn't too bad when you think about the risks for them.

Well the reason the release keep getting pushed back is because Tippmann saw how many people were interested in this. Their first plan was just to make ANOTHER crappy product and shove it down our throats. Once they realized how many people were interested in this pistol, they realized that if they do not make a quality product, it could seriously hurt their customer base. Hence the delays. They gotta turn a JUNK into something worth the money. Props to Tippmann if they can pull that off for the first time in 15 years.

I'd prefer them extending the release date if it means that the product will be better. Why would you want them to rush something if they could use a little more time to perfect it. I'm sure you remember that's what happened with halo 2, to dig up an old example. What's an extra month going to kill?

WarCowboy from the Tac8 Forums is planning to make Kydex Holsters for the TPX when it comes out.

Check out his Tac8 holster! Looks awesome! Now think about it for the TPX! :D

He has a video of it and prices. Keep in mind that is of the Tac8 one. The TPX model he will be making should be around the same price range.

I am seriously debating on getting a pair of his holsters. However, I am waiting to see if they leave room in the bottom for the last inch or so of the barrel to hang out so I can change Co2 while it is in the holster. I am thinking one hip, and one cross draw holster for a pair of these.

Another member questioned him about that. He said he can do that. You just have to let him know as it will be specially made lol

I asked him about a cross draw on MCB, he said it can be done. Not sure if it really would be a custom job or if it could be done with his current belt clip setup. I'll just wait until after basic then go from there. He should have these selling by then. The only thing I am not sure if on these is how rigid they are.

Wasn't it said earlier that the TPX will fit in T8 holsters.
