I'm just experimenting.

That's what they all say at first..... lol.

I like it. Certainly a step away from the average player's mask-paint fantasy.

I'm reminded of Magnum P.I. for some reason...
I'm here, Benjie, I'm here, I said, clasping his hand on my arm.
Help me Rootie, my legs won't move.
Aw Benjie, it'll be okay Benj, I'll give you mine

I used regular paint for the experiment- I just wanted to see if it looked good on my mask as it did on my 98

I also painted my other gloss black 98

I have already peeled the paint off of the flexible part of the Profiler, if you want this kind of paintjob to stay on the flex you have to use a Duracoat finish. Wookie made the stencils for me- I’m sure if you asked him he would PM you a quote to paint you mask. When I save up some cash I’ll get my Profiler Duracoated

Or you could use plastidip which will work much better, because it is mroe like a rubber spray coating, so it will be flexible and can bend with the rubber of the mask without chipping.

Plastidip comes in a set amount of colors, I used white plastidip on my lens frames "Hellspawned" mask

Thanks for all the comments guys. I'll have to post the post D-Day results of the test mask. Naturally the paint came off of the flex part of the mask, The rest of the mask held up. I'm going to save up and have a black profiler Dura coated

HEre's the Hawaiian guy (for about 72 more hours, then I'm back the Northeast)!. I love the MASK. It's sweet. I might have to send you one of mine and see if you could do something similar for me. I love the Hawaiian theme.
Aloha, Doug

Very nice. If I ever get around to getting another Phantom (after I get my first one) I'm going to have BB paint it like this. Only I think mine's going to be B&W instead of tan and OD.
