The year is 2005 and the threat of a nuclear detonation is worse than ever. After the fall of the Soviet Union, it's arsenal of nuclear weapons have been controlled by several small republics. Now, an extremist group has seized a warhead. Their plan is to launch it from Siberia and detonate it so the prevailing winds carry the fall out across the Americas. In response, the U.N. has launched Operation: Frozen Arse and detached a specialized multi-national task force to locate and disarm the warhead. Their orders are to stop them at all cost.

Check www.battlecreekpaintball.com under Operation Frozen Arse 3.

This is a one-day event (Saturday February 19th), played in two 3 hour segments. Pre-Registration is $20, Paint is $60 per case.

The field is south off of the Hatton Exit on I-70 between Columbia and Kingdom City. Follow the gravel road until you reach the field. Also known as Crooked Creek Camp Ground.

The Mercs and The Phoenix Brigade will be in attendance. Rumor has it that Team Elite and Omega Red will also make an appearance. This event ended in a tie last year, which was a first. It will not happen again.

That's right. I'm trying to drum up as many players as I can. Doesn't matter where you are from, shake off the ice and snow and break out the paintball gear. It is time to start playing again and this is the perfect warm up.

Also, they have a charity 10-man woodsball/recball tourney coming up in March for those that might be interested. Again, check the website.
