Fusion Problem

I can air it up just fine, no leaks. When I turn it on and pull the trigger, I can hear the fun 'click' of the solenoid, but the marker does not fire. The striker/bolt is not jammed, but it's not moving either. Anyone have an idea?

Nope. I've tried both modes, and they eyes do not make the solenoid 'click' when I pull the trigger (probably would if I put my finger in there, but I'm not going to do that when it's aired up).

Anyone have the customer service number for DP. I don't see it in the manual, and their website (now) has no information.
