Well...the trouble with PC games is that PCs are upgraded constantly, as is technology in new games. Compared to console games, the same title can be worth half or less what the console version sells for...ESPECIALLY if you have limited accessiblity (ie. being banned). I can't help with the specific titles, but here's an example:

Bought a game a few years back, it came out that week - I tried to install, it said my video card didn't support the right "shaders". I brought it back, couldn't return an open computer game...sold it back. Got $15 for it.
