I bought the Pmr 2 weeks ago...

Great marker and everything, love it..!

Went out to play with it on Monday, MLKJ day..

It was pretty cold, like 25 degrees or below..

I used draxxus triumph paint..! supposed to be good paint..!

Well i had chopping issues the whole day!

So the question is, does the stock PMR bolt just suck(thats what ive heard) or is it just the cold weather and paint that caused the issue?? i know the pmr barrel plays a big role in this too, cus it sucks, also gave me issues..!

sell the pmr and grab a mini

ok for a real answer
the barrel could of been too small for the paint you used
also were ur breaks in the barrel or in your chamber

first things i would do
1.change battery
2. lube all internals
3. make sure ur detents arnt messed up or anything ells that could break paint
4. test it and if its still choping i would give up

lol

The breaks were in the chamber and the barrel, but it only happened when i started shooting fast.. im guessing its because it was too cold and the paint couldnt handle it..

well the gun is brand new out of the box, so its lubed and stuff..

well it must be the paint cus it was like 20 degrees outside and i was out there for about 6 hours or so...draxxus triumph is good paint, but not in the winter i guess.. barrel matching wasnt a problem, the triumph paint shot well through it until it starts chopping..

The cold affects your battery in the marker and the batteries in the hopper. The hopper slows down and causes breaks too.

I go through that with my markers in the cold even when using winter paint.

We shot my teammates PMR in the cold with marballizers. You weren't the only one who chopped.
It wasn't at slow rates of fire, only when shooting fast.
