I placed an order a week ago for a new barrel and a Ricochet Rhino hopper and some other miscellaneous junk I don't need. I got my package today and I was quite pleased with the fast shipping and everything seemed to be in order except for my hopper. On the bill the Ricochet hopper is highlighted and at the bottom somebody wrote in "Sent better loader at no additional charge" they sent me an Extreme Rage Overdrive. What a piece of crap I now have a continuously agitating hopper I hate these damn things which is why I ordered the Ricochet in the first place. Nobody sent me an email or gave me a call to see if it was okay to substitute loaders because I would have told them to forget it. I'd complain or send it back but with the cost of shipping and the time it just isn't worth it so good job ANS gear you got my $30 I hope you enjoy it because it is the last purchase I will ever make from you scumbags.

If we get enough of these complaints you might be able to get a class action lawsuit.

It's hardly worth a lawsuit it's just crappy service considering that I order pretty much everything online from paintball supplies to video games to books and shoes this is the first time I have ever been so annoyed at an online supplier. If I were to order a pair of Reeboks would it be okay for them to substitute a "better" pair of Uggs? No that would be stupid. So what cornhole decides that it is okay to substitute a different hopper?

I just noticed the barrel I got is 2" longer than the one I ordered but I actually like it so maybe there is a method to their madness. :P

Not for nothing, but if you're that upset about it, rather then complaining why don't you be a little more proactive with this.
Call them up, say that it was a "Nice" gesture on their part to "Substitute" this hopper for the one you ordered, but then explain your situation regarding why you ordered your Ricochet in the first place. Be nice about it, ask them if there is anything that they can do for you, being that money is tight and you can't afford to pay for the shipping...remind them that it wasn't your choice to get this Sub in the first place, and it would make you a very happy customer if they could help you with this.

Sometimes playing "Sweet" gets you what you want.

Like this one time right, I was hanging out at a garden, and...well...looking to have some fun, so I sneak up to this girl and whispered "sweetly" in her ear and said," hey Eve, you um, ever tasted an apple before..."

The rest is history.

The post above me is right.

Instead of getting mad about it, return the hopper, and ask nicely for the one you ordered. If they won't cave, then just don't order from them again. However, what happend to you still stinks.
