Go with the Apex and get this Big Shot Barrel http://www.lapcopaintball.com/store/index....0c7ca3cc24fc8eb and put the Apex tip in it. Or, if it will be a while before you buy another Barrel, Lapco is coming out with the formentioned Apex ready Big Shot barrel with the Apex already attached. Best of both world, Apex tip for distance and trick shots, if you can master them, and close range accuracy from the Big Shot when the Apex is turned off.

this is probley what im gonna do. though i dont know if ill use the big shot, but i now plan on getting the apex tip due to the fact i can change it and or turn it off on the fly. thanks for all the help guys

i found that you sacrifice accuracy and gain some range, id rather have accuracy. its a pain when you can see a hopper or shoe or mask and hit everywhere around it but what you want.

You forgot to tell him about that at long range the ball is flying slow and most of the time he ll just doge it. But I will say this its real good for keeping people at bay if you dont mind a low body count.

Which is why you can move forward to hit them, also if you use good paint like KARNAGE it is more accurate but it can chop if you get up to 10 balls per second, and you can get quite a few kills this way, I have killed 5 people(the entire other team) by doing this in one round many times so it should work for other people to.

I'd recommend using an Apex instead if your preferred paint is tempermental whatsoever.

i HATED my flatline! HATED HATED HATED! after that i ran a lapco 12" bigshot and that worked fine for me. Dillz gave me his old apex (cause he's a kick butt big brother) and thats what i have on my broadsword now but i have yet to have a chance to use it. but as for the flatline... now i just use it to threaten ppl with... its a good sized beatstick.

The flatline is way to paint picky and the accuracy is so bad that you could miss the broad side of a barn. JK obviously but the accuracy is pretty damn horrible. Also it makes the gun too loud and too heavy.

Pick up a J&J Ceramic and then throw the Apex tip on it. You'll have a lot of fun. I f the guy dodges one ball, just kind og move back and forth real quick, shooting the whole time. Trying to dodge 30 paintballs isn't so easy.

HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!, TOO HEAVYYYY!!, no offense but you must be weak if you think about 1/2 a pound is heavy, I don't know how you will make it in life if you think that is heavy, and as long as you keep the rate of fire at about 10 you can use any paint.

Myself, i use the flatline. As far as i see it, there are different types of aggressive. Are you going to be aggressive to the point of the whole team doing a rush? Or will you be aggressive in the way of providing extreme amounts of suppression. Thats what i do.. i get down, and unleash a barrage of paint to keep their heads down. To do that, i use the flatline. And theres nothing wrong with using a straight squeegee. Provided that it has a little bit of give. dont use wood cores or solid plastic.

bottom line, if the flatline is in your play style, go for it
