Well... I have treated it, it isn't that bad. But, I can't feel two spots on my palm, the upper part of my pinky, and part of the finger next to it (forgot what it is called).

yes its frostbite, no its not severe enough to do anything about. its really too late to undo any damage you prolly did and im guessing you rubbed your hand right afterwords.

try not to do it again and if you do, put your hand in warm water, but dont rub.

Maybe he's like me and wonders how everything tastes.

Our chemistry teacher showed us mercury and i sat there staring at it, she asked me what I was thinking and I said "Looks tasty..."

it is a burst of cold if you don't know what the temp of something it will register as either even if it is the other one

if you get hot water poored on your hand but you don't know if it is hot or cold you won't know what it is you can test this with a blindfold and a friend with a pitcher of hot water and a pitcher of cold water

Who needs feeling in their hands anyhow, right? I can't feel the end of my index finger, but then again I've got 9 others to do the job. It's just a little cold burn, I wouldn't worry about it. Then again, I'm the kind of guy who thinks rubbing alcohol and black tape are essential medical supplies.

I have had the same experience in 2 operations on my foot, except I didn't feel it through all the numbness and then the Vicodin first time, Tylenol second time. anyways if it lasts longer than 5-7 days get it checked out.
