I have to say, listen to

Diary of Jane- By Breaking Benjamin
Breath- By Breaking Benjamin
Hollow-Submersed
Vater Unser- E Nomine

All of these are really good songs to get pumped for.

We rode on the winds of the rising storm,
We ran to the sounds of the thunder.
We danced among the lightning bolts,
and tore the world asunder.

I forgot:

Battle by Overkill
Fight Like a Brave by Red Hot Chili Peppers
The Shining (I think that's what it's called) by Misfits
Wrathchild by Iron Maiden. The intro... oh man. With the awesome bass then when the guitar enters, oh man.

Heh, there's something I haven't heard in ages. Perhaps the oddest marketing tie in ever for 40k.

yeah. I'm kinda sad that whole CD is about chaos space marines. And older (80's) Death metal like that really isn't great, IMO...but it is really, really heavy.

you guys do know, Du Hast is a love song... lol

It makes fun of the German wedding vows. But since most people can't understand any of the words it sounds like a badDUMPER song.

It wasn't. Isn't. Each to their own, at any rate. Back in dark days of Rogue Trader, Games Workshop decided that it would be a cool idea to license out to Metal Band, Bolt Thrower; I'd hazard because of the name. Its regarded as one of the oddest 40k Tie ins/Products, and is kinda disavowed. Like Squats. Or Space Slann. Or Female Marine Models. They existed, but you won't hear about it.

We now return you to your regular topic, with apologies.

My friend/former roommate Alex, who's German (Came to Canada a few years ago, but speaks English perfectly despite) started translating Rammstein for me one night when we were bored. Suffice to say, their lyrics are inane, stupid and pointless. However, German is heavy, and works really well.

I listen to quite a few German bands (Rammstein, E Nomine, Hanzel und Gretyl, Megaherz, KMFDM, ect), and, while I can't speak a word of German (Probably going to take a German class next semester, though), I love the sound because the language just works so well with heavy music.

I suggest anything AC/DC. I see you have two already on the list, but no Bon Scott! The humanity!

Personal favorites:
Highway to Hell
Live Wire (on my Brigade Page if you want to take a listen)
Problem Child
Down Payment Blues
Shot Down in Flames
