i lost one of the screws for the grips and i tryed to put another screw in from my ion, and the ion grip screw was to small in diameter. anyone know where to get new screws for the grips or even new grips???

The screw size is probably a 6/32 thread , not sure of the length. No more that 1/2" , maybe just 3/8ths of an inch.
Pull one of the screws out of a light switch plate in your house and see if it threads into the hole. Thats a 6/32 X 1/2 screw. It should be done with the grip panel , Just make sure it doesnt thread into your board.
