Actually, most waivers state that when you sign off you are sayin the field has no responsibility for your injuries, weather from natural causes, or from the fields employees negligence..
and to even suggest that the guy should sue them is totally rediculous, nobody likes it when local .fields go out of business, but everyone likes to sue people for nothing!
I think its time to quit suing people for friviolious things.
The field owner did not push the guy into the steak, it was the dudes fault.
But dont get me wrong, they could have used something different, such as sandbags, which the only thing you have to worry about it a papercut... lol only if you have really really weak skin.. and if you do, you shouldnt be playing paintball.
