90% of the time 90% of you will be shooting standing up, from behind a bunker, normally a tree. With a marker that has a verticle foregrip, you're albows both naturally flare out a little bit, makeing your profile a little bigger. Since you're on a CQB playing field, you want a small profile.
For speedball type markers/ set ups...
Take a small step towards your target
Make sure your tank is snug between your chest and bicep, and if its comfortable, get it as clsoe to your arm pit as you can.
Your elbows probably arent too far out, but you can push them in a lil tighter to your abs. Your strong arm/elbow probably wont get to your abs but your other hand will.
On your weak hand, in my opinion, your knuckles should be pointing towards your target/in.
You also will naturally hunch and shrug your shoulders a bit, its a nice idea to keep that in mind so you will always do it.

For guns that are more of a Mil-Sim set up, its pretty much the same.
Take a small step towards your target
Your free arm's elbow should be pointing down, and with your free hand pull the marker into your shoudler.
Your good arm with flare out a bit more than the speedball set up, so its important you remember to keep it tucked in because of the stock.
Your knuckles should be facing somwhere between your 3-6 o clock on your off hand.
You also will naturally hunch and shrug your shoulders a bit, its a nice idea to keep that in mind so you will always do it.
