We need a cheer or something for unity. Hoorah, like Marines (soon to be me!) Hooah, Army, or do we want something new.

Marines say Ooo-rah not Hoorah. Otherwise your good. I personally like Ooo-rah, even though I wasn't a Marine. I seem to get along with Marines well though.....

:usa:

I'm not a Marine... yet. So I didn't know.
Glad you got it right before you went to Basic. lol. Otherwise... you might get harrased for that.

I'd probably get us all in trouble and yelled at by the DIs, lol.

My comment was about Aurora Knight's comment about the acronym "M.A.R.I.N.E." not about what the war cry should be.....

how about we quote Monty Python and shout icky, icky, pittang
or we could just shout "go away or ill hurl more insults at you" in cheezy french accents

does it realy matter if we have a battle cry, those should be left to indvidual teams to deside if they want one. i can see teams having one, but thats about it.

QFMFT

This is just like the 'Official Broadsword Theme Song', 'Official Broadsword Motto', and 'Official Broadsword Anything Else'. Everyone and their Mother will have a different idea, and no one will ever come to an agreement as to which is better, so we'll end up with 10 pages of people giving ideas.

But if you want to, have fun with it.

we didnt get to say it until bootcamp was almost over. pretty much when we were allowed to refer ourselves as human beings. when we were allowed to use the words "i" or "we" or "you" or "me" or "us" instead of "this recruit" but when alot of people yell "kill", it can shake the walls. like this......AAAAAA-KILL
