The firebolt on the other hand, does increase efficiency. A lot.
Rule of thumb:
If you want increased rate of fire, get a QEV.
If you want increased efficiency, get a firebolt.
In some cases (depending on settings) having both can cause one to counteract the other.
Just some food for thought.
