Beautiful.......absolutely beautiful.
Woods is where it started/began/invented/designed (whatever) it has been taken and manipulated into something else that greed feeds on and hatred relies on. Seems to me that as people start killing this earth and focus on material things the root of everything will lose precedence including paintball, unless we promote and keep our game rooted in the friendly competition it started as.

WOODSBALL UNITE!!

........

..............

Nerds!

While I may not be... that passionate about woodsball, I do hate the speedball scum like... uhh... the scum they are.

94% of the people on this forum have an annoying statistic in their signature. If you think that's ridiculously stupid, or even if you're a part of the 0.5% that couldn't care less, put this in your sig.

The only reason why speedball is in the limelight is because of the political nature of speedball. Compared to playing in the woods, speedball is a gold mine because of all the money sunk into the high tech equipment and cases of rounds shot each game. And its for that reason why sponsors make sure speedball is on tv and played at all fields. So stop trying to turn "woodsball" into the rebellion against the speedball empire because its all a matter of people just trying to make a buck.

Ok personlly i can't stand the sport of speedball. The reason i play woodsball/scenarioball is to honor the military and the brave young men who ensured our freedom. Speedball is a bunch of rich boys with rainbow colored guns goin out there just for the money. Ok so woodsballers don't use 4 cases per game, shame on us for saving a little money for the next product that the good people at SpecOps bring out. I couldn't play paintball unless i was able to lay in the bushes and wait for the next newb to walk by, you just get a rush. Walking down a road and all of a sudden guns just start goin off all around you. Speedballers are only in it for the money...not the passion of the sport. AMEN TIGER YOU TRULY ARE A WOODSBALL GOD

You have the mark of an orator, or an author, and relatively good you are. I am sick of the arenas and speedball also, as it crazes me on how wasteful it can be in the end. Woodsball is the sport for the enthusiast, and though it is not a primarily military-involved program, I am sure it was influenced off of such.

Great thread, man.

I dare you to go up to Spud Jackson of Old Avalanche and say that, same with Billy Ceranski and Matty Marshall.
