Welll need I say more...hehehehe Okay I will go in to detail a bit!!! The membrane pad on my board when HAIRY CHEST up....So I contacted Jim at Ape and told him what was up. I mailed my board to them and within weeks I had a new board in my mail box!!!! Thanks alot Ape..you guys Rock...by far the best out there!!!! Great product and a great customer service
