... If there is a player who is just... intent on making the game horrible for everyone. They cheat, have a terrible attitude, and will not listen to a word anyone says.

How would you get this player to leave the field without violence? The player refuses to leave, will not move by the ref's order and will not leave by the owner's order. This player is just set on destroying the fun for everyone, so how would you remove them?

PS. Dont waste your time saying "generally paintballers don't act like this" because I already know that.

did I die for a second there?...

Police. If it is a private field, and they have made themselves unwanted, they are trespassing in the eyes of the law.

Right. Call the cops. Or tell him you are calling them. Most people will leave after that.

Ditto. However, how I call the police depends on the audience. If mothers and lil Jonny was there, I would simply have them take a break and go in the shop, offer them gadorade or whatever and after they're settled call the cops and whatnot.

If they will not leave on their own, and the field staff can not persuad them to leave, the local Sheriff's Office will be more then happy to ask them to leave. If they do not after they ask, then warrants for second degree treaspass will insure their leaving the field.

You already said you had a ref. Ref=suspension or ban. He can then be escorted of the field by many means.

Exactly...but if you don't want to call the police and don't want to get physically confrontational with the player, get more refs with shields and surround the player to block every shot he makes. If all he's going to do is waste paint/air shooting your shields, he's going to get PERTURBED and eventually leave.

werd on police, that was the first thing I thought of when you said he'd been asked to leave and refused. Tell him if he refuses to leave you will have no choice but to call the police. If he's stupid he'll stay, but the cops will have no trouble removing him. That's what tazers and handcuffs are for!

if a player will not willingly leave there is NO OTHER legal option than calling the police.

you cannot, legaly force someone to leave your business, meaning you cant physicaly grab them and toss them out. that is assult and you will be sued

you cant cuff them or restrain them till the police arrive. the only thing you can do is call the cops if they will not leave on there own. theres no other legal action you can take that wont come back to bite you in the DUMPER
