This section is provided in an effort to let people get together for the purposes of trading, buying, and selling their own gear, and as such we are only providing the "shop space" for the used gear.

If you post a message here offering to Buy/Sell/Trade items, the transactions are STRICTLY between you and the party you are bartering with. Special Operations Paintball, It's forum and it's elected management staff, Special Operations Paintball employees, it's advertisers, sponsors, and it's affiliates CANNOT and WILL NOT accept ANY responsability for any of these transactions, so "Buyer Beware."

You may also post links to your online auctions or links to stores to help out a fellow forumer looking for some gear. You may also post messages for custom gear that you make.

There are seven rules that we will enforce very strictly:

1. If you come to an agreement to barter something, you MUST live up to that agreement.

2. Ripping off other forum members or otherwise causing problems will NOT be tolerated. You will be banned and reported appropriately.

3. All items listed in the Paintball section MUST be paintball-related.

4. Any inappropriate items will be removed. Illegal or "questionable" items will NOT be allowed. This includes counterfeits or unauthorized replicas and imitations (i.e., fake Multicam, fake Rolexes, etc.). If forum staff tells you that you may not list something, that ruling is FINAL. It is NOT an invitation to relist it in a creative fashion.
4a.Knives, guns, weapons, or other questionable items are not to be sold on this forum. The 'questionability' of an item is up to forum staff. Staff decision is final.

5. This section is for forumers' personal equipment and products only. ALL advertisements will be deleted.
5a. Items not in your immediate possession ARE NOT TO BE SOLD. It does not matter where you can get "it" or how good a deal you want to pass on. If you don't own it, you can't sell it! Doing so will be considered FRAUD and will result in your thread being closed and you being banned.

6. You are allowed only one feedback thread for paintball sales and one feedback thread for non-paintball sales. If you have your forum named changed, you MUST retain your old feedback thread. Please let us know when you request the name change and we will change the title for you. Deliberate feedback fraud will get you banned!

7. A price MUST be listed with any sales thread. Failing to do so will result in your thread being closed or deleted.

That's about it. Remember to be careful when setting up trades on the internet. Be sure you have your money before you ship your equipment otherwise you may be out a very expensive piece of gear. AND when buying, be sure to use forms of payment that can be tracked and can be noted for what they are intended for, such as money orders or Paypal. NEVER give your credit card information out over E-mail or in any thread on any forum!

One final note: Be sure to "bump" your sales threads every once in a while, or your gear may end up on the second or third page and no one will see your ad. You "bump" by simply posting to your own thread with the word "bump", or similar. Any more than two (2) bumps in one day will result in the deletion of your thread.

Be sure to check any member's feedback thread prior to doing business with them. Also, after the transaction is completed, be sure to leave feedback, good or bad, for the seller or buyer. If you believe the other person has scammed you, please contact forum staff!

These rules may be amended at any time. Check often for updates. Ignorance is not a free pass. Just because you didn't read the rules does not mean you are exempt from them.

You are STRONGLY urged to establish outside means of communication, whether via email, instant messenger, or otherwise, in case the forum becomes unavailable to one or both parties. Forum staff will NOT suspend or reduce the punishment of a Warned member because of BST threads! Keep that in mind when doing business.
