Special Ops is dedicated to our International customers. We would love to see the Woodsball Revolution spread from the US and Canada, across the entire globe. With many of your help we have identified recurring order problems for international customers and have since solved them. We would like to assure you that we are always working diligently to improve your ordering experience.

In February 2006, we completely revamped customer service and have fixed nearly all recurring order problems. If you have had a bad experience in the past, please give us another try. Below is a list of our past problems and how we have solved them.

Past Ordering Problems/Solutions for International Customers:
  • International orders would not enter our system for up to a week or more.
    This has been corrected by training one of our best performing customer service agents to check for international orders daily and ensure that they make it into our system.
  • Credit card problems were not communicated to the customers.
    This has been corrected by checking all declined orders at least three times a week and sending email notices of problems to the customer.
  • Expensive International shipping rates.
    USPS Global Airmail has been added as a cheaper shipping option for all International customers.
  • International orders being held up in Customs.
    DHL and UPS seem to have their shipments held up in customs on a regular basis. Our new USPS Global Airmail ship method has a much lower frequency of customs problems.
