No, the velocity just effects the airflow out of the powertube. no bearing on anything other than how hard and fast the rear bolt get pushed back to recock. At rest the only thing governing how hard the sear is to trip are: sear spring, drive spring (RVA setting if equipped), wear on hammer/sear edges and solenoid strength(result of battery power and dwell).
