Theres people up here- I just don't know of any fields in the Missoula area- I run a field in the Great Falls area and know of a few more around here, Helena, Belgrade, Ulm, and I think Havre. If you want to come to Great Falls we'll hook you up with a good day!

I am in the other end of Montana. MSU has a team.. I think. I know Helena has (Had?) a scene up there. I played in a tourney hosted by Jay. He kinda ticked some people off.

Hey man, just saw the post.

I am from Missoula and I can assure you woodsball in the Missoula area is alive and well:)

We play every Sunday, meeting at 0900 at a place called Wheat Montana on the corner off 3rd and Reserve street, then head to one of three fields by about 0930.

We typically have 12-24 people show depending on the weather, other events, and cash situation. My personal crew numbers about 6-10 and we play strong and serious with squad tactics, radios, and serious gear. The rest are a cut above average in the seriousness department I think--camoflauge, vests, and modified markers are quite common.

We typically have CO2, air, paint, and some extras for sale, markers for rent, and a hella good time!

Shout out for more details man:)

The fields we play on are not Outlaw fields but Public fields........usually Forest Service land with sign verbage like "No hunting, camping, blah blah blah...all other activities authorized."

My crew are mostly Monday - Friday workin folk so little luck for a weekday game. Keep your eyes peeled on teh Game Locator however, there are several other folks who occasionally post weekday games, once every other month or so?

Also, if you are gonna get CO2 fills, go to Sports Authority, the fill with skill. Bob Wards arguably has the best selection of paintball gear, but their fills are never done properly and you will run out of propellant very quickly.

Ya know, when you hit Missoula and settle in give me a PM and I will see what I can do about assembling some of the crew and show you around.
