What's up with that press release? It starts off by saying "my husband" to refer to Patrick McKinnon, and then shortly after says "I, Patrick" then goes back to "Patrick and his position."

There are 2 lawsuits:

The first is by Joe 'Jammer' Arcurio. It involves the fact that he bought 15% of MXS, when it was MXS Inc. The previous owner of the 15% had never seen a return on his investement, however due to the money that MXS was making, he felt he could facilitate change. He did, they folded MXS Inc, sold or gave the assets of the company to a new firm called MXS, LLC and defrauded Joe of his interests in the company. He has sued and it is still pending trial. They have drawn it out as long as they can with depositions and 4 different attorneys on their behalf.

The second is Patrick McKinnon suing Viper and Viper Paintball. Now in 1996 Patrick owned a field called BSG in Houston. Viper introduced him to scenario paintball at Wayne's events and Viper started Viper Paintball with Wayne Dollacks blessing. Patrick was a part owner by investing some radios that his dad had given him into the company. So at each event, he got 50% of the till as Field Owner and and then 33% of the net of what was left. So when Pacman sold the field at the next Viper event he got banned from the field because he threatened to hurt the new FO. He then tried promplty told Viper he couldnt do games at BSG since he was an owner. With the money situation and such, Viper asked Pacman to sell his share of Viper Paintball. Pacman did so and signed agreements that basically said that he and his got to play Viper games for free for life. In 2001 Viper had a house fire that destroyed his records. Patrick knew this, in fact we had a charity game for Viper to help him out. However it appears that after Viper announced he was getting Blanding and Pacman could not stop Blanding from kicking Viper to the curb, he chose to sue him for never buying him out and dared Viper to produce the contract or receipt that he had paid him off.

So that is the 2 lawsuits, the players who are banned that she is talking about is myself and Joe. I was banned because I left Blitzkrieg, MXS and I refused to lay down to Pacman. Joe was banned for being my friend and 'helping' me in their eyes.

I think you are 100% correct Ghost. You SHOULD do due dilligence when you hear about something like this. There have been cases where a 18 y/o is convicted of statuatory rape because he has sex with his underage g/f. That you choose to look into things before you scream foul does you credit. And I think everyone can agree with that.

I believe everyone needs to do that. Read the case file. Take the time to form your own opinion about this.

For the most part, everyone has read the linked paperwork- and it's pretty extensive. and fairly irrefutable. The crimes he was convicted of were sick, wrong, and, well, friggin gross. The company he was [formerly] a major part of has decided that rather than adressing the issue, they'll run damage control by attacking the people who brought this to light, and threatening legal action against folks. This isn't a case of someone being called out as a sex offender for having relations with his underage girlfriend. It's a case of a grown man forcing a woman to have relations against her will. ain't no two ways about it, the dude is perverted scum.

Apparently, Lapdance does not share the general opinions of forum members who have responded to this thread. It's funny that Lapdance won't give his opinion. But, Eth, I must concurr with your opinion.

So you want to know why it's called an A5?

If I could assemble a new regulator for a paintball gun, I could build a liver. How hard could it be?

Actually, thanks to Regan, there's mandatory minimums for some drug charges... including having pot plants. A guy with, I believe, 50 tiny pot plants would have sat 10 years while this guy did heinous and unforgivable things to a woman and gets A WHOLE 8 YEARS!! Well... he was sentenced to 20. And we all know sentencing means nothing.
Good luck, Goldy.

theLizzard...

I think I was a bit unclear with what I was posting in an attempt to be impartial and just encourage others to read and make their own decisions. I said to Etheralwolf that I disagreed with a *single* part of what he had said in his post. The part where he said that everyone had read all of the documentation put forth. I said this only because I think this subject deserves people putting due dilligence into this and doing their own homework. If I gave the impression that I thought that this was unworthy of discussion, and should be dismissed, then I apologize

I do have an opinion, I just dont want to tell others what to think.

Wow, my view of MXS has dropped compeltely off the scale. Shady business deals and essentially blackmail annoy me to no end.

he got sentenced to 20 years for rape 1 and 5 years on two seperare counts of forced sodomy (10 yr total). He then appealed on bassically that basis that either the police messed up on a technicallity, his lawyer sucked because he lost, and/or the judge sucked because he lost. He obviously got rejected. He then appealed his appeal and lost.

8 years is actually common for someone who gets a charge of 20 years. Espicially if that person pleaded guilty, hasn't been a prick in jail, and has gone through as many steps as possible to try and get out of jail. What's bothersome is that he's conisitantly faied to register himself and the response by MXS on the issue.
