Which Woodland camo was darker (not the digital woodland) the Twill or the Rip Stop? I noticed sometimes there is a color variation in pics.

The twill generally ships darker, depending on the manufacturers and dye lot to some extent, but it usually fades a bit more than the rip-stop, so after a few wear/wash cycles, they start to look pretty much the same.

yeah that was the Vietnam issue stuff. Also the ERDL pattern was really really mistaken for woodland. Honestly the ERDL pattern was smaller and did make it more possible to blend in in my opinion. Problem was a lot of the pics I've seen of the ERDL fabric indicate that the colors bled out of the fabrics pretty bad.

I ahve one of the ERDL shirts and they do fade and seem to blend better than some of the woodland BDUs I have seen.

thats what it looks like, it was made for the jungle. they seem to work very well in the sunlight, in a real green environment.
