personally i think most beers taste like pee. I prefer hard liquor. I am a Cognac man usually, but i will resort to vodka or rum if i cannot find any decent yac. B&B or just Benedictine by itself is my fave. For vodka, i like high end like belvedere. Grape Crush: Chambord, Vodka, Sprite...and i think sour mix. Super yummy. XD Capn or other rum is nice...PKJ loves Sailor Jerrys. I did not like Tattoo, she LOVES it, and Captain's Private Stock and Gentleman's Jack, so those are always in the house.

When i was younger i would mix Hawaiin punch with everything. Any kind of fruity flavored vodka and that = amazing. XD

I also loved 151 when i first started drinking. That would go in 50/50 mix of lipton brisk iced tea. Buy 1 liter bottle, drink half, refill with 151, shake and enjoy. XD The iced tea cools off the burn.

HPNOTIQ + Sprite is good too.

Best drinks for Hypnotiq

Incredible Hulk = Pour Hypnotiq into glass. Add Hennesy until it turns green. Tastes amazing, will knock you for a loop. DO NOT GO PAST GREEN, once you hit brown it will just kill you. Played 10 cup Beirut (Beer Pong) with that, and we poured too much Hennesy into the glasses, damn near died. Came down to the final cup for both sides...losing that and having to drink the beer after. :)

Thug Passion = Pour in Blue Alize (tastes like Hypnotiq but cheaper) and add Henesy until it appears Green. Just as good as above

I wonder if you can order an Incredible Hulk at the bar...

Leg you pansy. 151 straight!

Arrogant Bastard Ale is...rediculous. I finished it, but it was rough. Very. Very. Rough. The most bitter thing I have every tasted in my life.

Friend of mine kicks down an Incredible Hulk every time we go out. First drink he orders, and has lost his cool on bartenders who either couldn't make it, or made it wrong.

Also, I was drinking some Optimator Spaten the other day. Good for fans of Doppelbocks. Nice, dark, and malty.

Legs, I don't like most American beers because, like you said, they taste like pee. Go to the darker Euro beers and they get better though. I like some flavor in my beers.

As far as hard liquors, If I'm mixing, Rum or Vodka. I really like Imperia vodka though, and will drink it straight up, chilled. If I'm drinking close to straight, Bourbon or Irish Whisky. Bushmills Black Bush for Irish, and I'm not too picky with Bourbon. Woodford Reserve, Knob Creek, Basil Haydens, and Makers Mark are some of the better sipping whiskeys in my book.

As others have said. Dr. Pepper goes well with many things. Although 151 is probably my favorite to mix with DP...

As far as beer goes, I like my not cheap domestics. I enjoy Sam Adams and microbrews.

I did not enjoy that at all haha I agree with bitterness, I just didnt seem anyway someone could enjoy that even with food...the bottle was huge as well.

Whoever makes that though has a few other varieties one of which I really enjoyed cant remember name though.

Sam Adams is pretty good for a Domestic. Same goes for Blue Moon.

When i was young i could do that with ease. I once had a night with friends downing 151 shots using jolly ranchers as a chaser. LOL. Had another night where we bought two bottles of 151...drank one and used the other to blow fireballs with. Take schwig of 151, hold in mouth, light lighter, hold infront of mouth and spit out 151. Is very fun...but not too safe probably. LOL

Another time I spent the better part of a vacation drinking Shark's Tooth...1/2 151, 1/4 lime, 1/4 lemon. :D Yummy and deadly.

Now i drink the softer stuff...easier on the liver. Once you get old you'll feel it more. :D I get tipsy off like 2 drinks now, i don't even know how i drank as much as i did when i was in my early 20's. When you kill a bottle of 151 split between two people and you are still sober...or feel sober..there is a problem :) Now like i said, i drink rarely so one drink i'm buzzin, two i am feeling grand.

Before I start seeing a bunch of reports from this thread I will remind people that the drinking age in some provinces is 18. Also some states will allow 18 year olds to drink ...

I can't say for all bars...but I have. Where I ordered it it was a shot and not a sipping drink.

Another drink that makes my tummy feel yummy is Jagermeister. Some people hate it, I love it. Jag Bombs are probably most popular (Red Bull with a shot (or more) of Jag). But I have been known to buy an eighth of Jag and just sip on that all night.

Also Gin and Tonic...yum. Tanqueray and some decent tonic water is what I celebrated the new year drinking.

Yea, I'd say it's fricken big.

bigsal- the thing is that in the US, 21 is the legal age. We do not allow discussion of acts that are against the law. Obviously it's different under canadian law.

That was part of my pops Christmas present. I had to buy an identical set to ensure quality first though.

There's a place down the road called The Pub. English style pub that sells 35+ imported beers, with their respective glasses. Plus they have several more on tap. (Another 15 or so). It's heaven when wanting to try some new things. I've grown to like me some stouts. There's one that tastes and smells like dark chocolate...name escapes me at the moment.

2 beers that you simply HAVE to try, if you can find them. One is Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout. This stout is a double oatmeal, double chocolate, double coffee aged in bourbon barrels. Simply amazing. The second is Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. This one, im not sure what malts they use, but it is also aged in bourbon barrels. You can REALLY taste the bourbon in this one. They come in at, I think, %9 and %14 ABV respectively.
